Project H.O.P.E. to Present at National Conference in 2012

Once again, Project H.O.P.E. has been chosen to speak at the National Healthcare for the Homeless Conference and Policy Symposium , being hosted in May15th through May 18th in Kansas City.  Licensed Clinical Social Worker Brian Colangelo has been asked to present on “Integration of Behavioral Health and Primary Care.” The discussion will focus on our work to integrate treatment plans for behavioral and primary care within the homeless population. It will be an opportunity for Brian to present to a national audience on what Project H.O.P.E. is doing in Camden and set groundwork for other community health centers to use.
